摘  要:清华大学新土木馆屋盖为大跨度钢梁,采用大型起重机械高空吊装的施工技术。屋盖钢结构受场地条件影响较大,故采用高空吊装施工,按照场地条件划分区域安装屋盖大跨度钢结构。针对该工程实际情况,采用现场拼装整体吊装的施工方法,保证屋面大跨度钢梁施工质量与安全。从起重机工况分析、钢结构吊装、测量校正、钢结构焊接等方面对钢结构施工进行研究,得出适用于大跨度钢结构施工方案。The roof of the New Civil Engineering Hall of Tsinghua University is a large–span steel beam,which adopts the construction technology of large hoisting machinery high–altitude hoisting.The roof steel structure is greatly affected by the site conditions,so the overhead hoisting construction is adopted,and the large–span steel structure of the roof is installed according to the site conditions.According to the actual situation of the project,the construction method of on–site assembly and integral hoisting is adopted to ensure the construction quality and safety of large–span steel beams on the roof.The steel structure construction is studied from the aspects of crane working condition analysis,steel structure hoisting,measurement correction,steel structure welding,etc.,and the construction scheme applicable to large–span steel structure is summarized.
