摘 要:以郑州市五方科技馆A馆为研究对象,利用能耗模拟软件DeST2.0,模拟计算建筑各分项能耗,结果表明,设计建筑相比基准建筑本体能耗节能率41.4%,分项能耗节能率最大项为供暖能耗,为64.36%。根据能耗监测平台提供的连续稳定运行数据,将能耗实测值和模拟计算值进行对比,得到运行阶段建筑本体能耗比设计建筑模拟能耗减小25.67%,GB/T 51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》规定的基准建筑本体能耗相对节能率为56.4%。同时对模拟计算值和实际运行能耗展开分析,对寒冷地区同类型建筑的节能设计以及DeST2.0能耗模拟计算可提供参考。In this paper,building A of Fivewin Science and Technology Museum is taken as the research object,and DeST2.0 is used to simulate and calculate the energy consumption of each item of the building.The results show that,compared with the benchmark building,the bulk energy-saving rate of the designed building is 41.4%,the largest subentry energy consumption saving rate is the heating energy consumption,with a relative saving of 64.36%.Based on the continuous and stable operation data provided by the energy consumption monitoring platform,the paper compares the measured energy consumption with the simulated value,the measured energy consumption is 25.67%less than that of the value of design building,and the bulk energy-saving rate is 56.4%compared with the benchmark building stipulated in the Technical Standard for Near Zero Energy consumption buildings.At the same time,the paper analyzes the simulated calculation value and actual operation energy consumption.In conclusion,it can provide references for the energy-saving design of the same type of buildings in cold areas and energy consumption simulation calculation setting of DeST2.0.
