摘  要:以某城市的建筑工程为研究案例,阐述工程概况以及概述深基坑设计,提出采用连续墙施工的应用方案,设计新的连续墙技术的应用方法。在平整土层后确定连续墙的导墙施工位置,根据导墙位置控制槽段开挖顺序,按照槽段施工顺序制备钢筋笼,并将钢筋笼吊装至槽段内,安置完毕后制备混凝土材料,以均匀性方式浇筑混凝土,将连续墙形成一个整体,完成深基坑地下连续墙的施工。试验结果表明:以地下连续墙的深层位移与顶部沉降为测试指标,在新方法的应用下最大位移量与最大沉降量均低于设计要求,符合大型深基坑工程的施工标准,具有应用价值。Taking a construction project in a certain city as a research case,this paper elaborates on the project overview and outlines the design of deep foundation pits.It proposes an application plan for using continuous wall construction and designs new application methods for continuous wall technology.After leveling the soil layer,determine the construction position of the guide wall for the continuous wall,control the excavation sequence of the groove section according to the position of the guide wall,prepare steel reinforcement cages according to the construction sequence of the groove section,and lift the steel reinforcement cages into the groove section.After installation,prepare concrete materials,pour concrete uniformly,and form the continuous wall into a whole,completing the construction of the deep foundation pit underground continuous wall.The experimental results show that using the deep displacement and top settlement of underground continuous walls as testing indicators,under the application of the new method,the maximum displacement and maximum settlement are both lower than the design requirements,which meets the construction standards of large-scale deep foundation pit engineering and has specific application value.
