摘　　要：林果业是我国具有优势和国际竞争力的产业之一。新疆维吾尔自治区得天独厚的地理环境,使之成为全国林果主产区,林果业更逐渐成为其地区重要支柱性产业。文中以博尔塔拉蒙古自治州为例,总结新疆吾尔自治区特色林果业发展现状,分析其存在的主要问题,并为其林果业高质量发展提出对策建议:(1)政府领导,市场引导;(2)科学规划,重点建设;(3)科技引领,创新驱动;(4)产业融合,绿色发展;(5)保障耕地,稳步调优。The forest fruit industry is one of the industries with advantages and international competitiveness in China.Xinjiang boasts unique geographical environment,which makes it a dominant forest fruit producing area in China.The forest fruit industry has grown into the important pillar industry in Xingjiang.With Bortala Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture as an example,the paper summarizes the current development of speciality forest fruit in Xinjiang,and analyzes the main problems arising in the development.In view of the above analysis,the countermeasures are proposed for the high-quality development of specialty forest fruit development,including:(1)Stressing the leading role of government and the guiding role of market;(2)Planning with scientific evidences and focusing on priority issues;(3)Led by science and technology and driven by innovation;(4)Promoting industry integration for green development;and (5)Ensuring the supply of arable land and steadily adjusting better land for fruit forests.
