摘  要:为提高排涝泵站地基承载力,研究地基处理中水泥粉体喷射搅拌桩技术,以达到加固工程地基的目的。为此,结合博罗县排涝泵站地基处理技术案例展开分析研究。结果表明,从水泥粉体喷射搅拌桩制备配合比、桩长角度,在保证水泥粉体喷射搅拌桩为最优状态的条件下,完成博罗县排涝泵站地基加固处理。进一步的模拟分析,则验证了水泥粉体喷射搅拌桩制备优化参数,配合比为“水泥掺量25%”“桩长8m”时,博罗县排涝泵站地基加固效果最好。这一技术可为类似工程地基加固提供借鉴参考。In order to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation of drainage pump station,the paper studies the technology of cement powder jet mixing pile in the foundation treatment,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the engineering foundation.Therefore,the case study of foundation treatment technology of drainage pumping station is carried out in Boluo County.The results show that the foundation reinforcement treatment of Boluo drainage pumping station can be completed under the condition that the cement powder jet mixing pile is in the optimal state from the perspective of mix ratio and pile length.Further simulation analysis verified the optimization parameters of cement powder jet mixing pile preparation,when the mix ratio of“cement content 25%”and“pile length 8 m”,the foundation reinforcement effect of Boluo County drainage pumping station was the best.This technology can provide reference for similar engineering foundation reinforcement.
