摘　　要：农田水利基础设施建设和管理是促进农业生产发展和农村经济繁荣的重要方面。本研究旨在探讨农田水利基础设施建设和管理的关键问题,以及如何提高其效益和可持续性。通过文献综述和实证研究,研究发现农田水利基础设施的建设水平和管理水平对于农业生产和农民生活质量具有重要影响。同时,需要加强政府的领导和支持,完善农民参与机制,推广现代节水灌溉技术,建立农田水利考核评价机制,并加强基层水利服务体系建设。这些措施有助于促进农田水利基础设施的现代化发展,提高农业生产效益和农村经济发展水平。The construction and management of irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure is an important aspect to promote the development of agricultural production and the prosperity of rural economy.This study aims to explore key issues in the construction and management of irrigation and water infrastructure and how to improve its efficiency and sustainability.Through literature review and empirical research,it is found that the construction level and management level of farmland water conservancy infrastructure have an important impact on agricultural production and farmers'quality of life.Meanwhile,it is necessary to strengthen the leadership and support of the government,improve the participation mechanism of farmers,promote modern water-saving irrigation technology,establish an assessment and evaluation mechanism for farmland water conservancy,and strengthen the construction of grassroots water conservancy service system.These measures help to promote the modernization of farmland water conservancy infrastructure,improve agricultural production efficiency and rural economic development level.
