摘 要:为探讨德阳市饮用水源中的抗生素赋存特征,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱质谱联用法,对饮用水源人民渠中4类8种抗生素进行了测定,并评价了生态风险和人体健康风险。结果表明:1)6种抗生素在水体中广泛检出,检出浓度为ND~6.51ng/L,磺胺甲噁唑检出浓度最高,抗生素在各采样点无种类上的明显差异;2)土霉素和依诺沙星具有较低的生态环境风险,其余6种抗生素无风险,抗生素联合毒性风险商RQsum均大于0.01,研究水域处于抗生素污染低风险;3)人体健康风险评价结果显示,检出的抗生素浓度对人体未构成风险。In order to explore the occurrence characteristics of antibiotics in drinking water sources in Deyang City,four categories of eight antibiotics in the people's canal were determined by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and ecological risk and human health risks were evaluated.The results showed that:(1)Six antibiotics were widely detected in water bodies,with detection concentrations ranging from ND to 6.51 ng/L.The detection concentration of sulfamethoxazole was the highest,and there was no significant difference in the types of antibiotics among the sampling points.2)Oxytetracycline and enoxacin have low ecological environmental risks,and the other six antibiotics pose no risks.The combined toxicity risk quotient(RQsum)of antibiotics is greater than 0.01,indicating that the study water area is at a low risk of antibiotic pollution.3)The results of human health risk assessment showed that the detected antibiotic concentrations did not pose a risk to human health.
