摘  要:本文研究了微塑料对环境水体的影响,并总结了对环境水体中微塑料含量的检测方法,分别对于两大淡水类别湖泊和河流的水体污染影响因素进行研究,同时检测方法列举了目视观察法、拉曼光谱法,并且对各方法的优缺点进行了阐述。其中目视法只能适用于检测尺寸大于几百微米的微塑料颗粒,易产生假阳性,拉曼光谱可对1~20μm尺寸的微塑料较好地检测分析,缺点是微塑料表面的各种附着物容易干扰测定,造成误差。This paper studies the impact of microplastics on environmental water bodies,and summarizes the detection methods for microplastics content in environmental water bodies.It conducts research on the pollution factors of microplastics in two major freshwater categories:lakes and rivers,and lists the detection methods including visual observation method and Raman spectroscopy method,and elaborates on the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The visual method can only be applied to detect microplastic particles larger than several hundred micrometers,and is prone to false positives.Raman spectroscopy can better detect and analyze microplastics with sizes ranging from 1 to 20μm,but the various attachments on the surface of microplastics are prone to interfere with determination,leading to errors.
