国土调查历史与现状数据一体化整合建库探讨——以东莞为例

摘　　要：通过历史国土调查数据库和现状国土调查数据库建设,解决了不同年份的国土调查数据成果存储分散、应用难度大的问题,建立了多时期、全聚合、覆盖全面、统一更新的国土调查数据库,实现了涵盖一调、二调、三调3个时期的土地利用数据库和数据资源管理体系。国土调查历史与现状数据一体化数据库的建设有效提升了国土调查数据成果的利用价值和历史价值,为全市自然资源业务协同和相关部门的管理工作提供了重要数据支撑。Through the construction of historical and current national land survey databases,the problems of scattered storage and difficult application of national land survey data from different years have been solved.A national land survey database with multi-period,fully aggregated,comprehensive coverage,and unified updates has been established.Finally,the land use database and data resource management system covering three periods are realized.The construction of the integrated database for historical and current data of land survey has effectively improved the utilization and historical value of land survey data results,providing important data support for the coordination of natural resource business and the management work of relevant departments in the city.
