摘  要:为解决现有灌注混凝土施工技术在陡坡地段公路桥梁项目工程应用中存在桩身完整性和桩基抗压强度无法满足GB 50204—2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》要求的问题,本文引入旋挖钻孔,对陡坡地段公路桥梁旋挖钻孔灌注混凝土施工技术开展研究。通过测量放线,确保桥梁主体结构的位置、尺寸与设计图纸一致;整平施工区域内的地面,埋设护筒,保证旋挖钻孔的垂直度以及对成孔桩径的控制;利用泥浆在孔壁上形成一层保护膜,起到防止孔壁坍塌和保持孔内水位的作用;选取旋挖钻机,调整钻机参数,按照跳孔钻进的顺序,旋挖钻成孔。在此基础上,计算首批灌注混凝土所需数量,利用导管灌注混凝土,并进行质量检测与验收。结果表明:应用该项施工技术后,随机抽取的82根灌注桩均为I类桩,桩基抗压强度的实测结果为42 MPa,大于GB 50204—2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》的30 MPa,质量验收指标的实测结果均符合该验收标准,能够实现对陡坡地段公路桥梁的规范化施工。In order to solve the problems of pile integrity and compressive strength of pile foundation that can't meet the requirements of GB 50204-2015 Code for quality acceptance of concrete structures construction in the application of existing pouring concrete construction technology in highway bridge projects in steep slope section,this paper introduces rotary drilling and conducts research on the construction technology of rotary drilling and pouring concrete for highway bridges in steep slope areas.By measuring and setting out,ensure that the position and dimensions of the main structure of the bridge are consistent with the design drawings.Leveling the ground within the construction area,burying protective sleeves,ensuring the verticality of rotary drilling and controlling the diameter of drilled piles.Using mud to form a protective film on the hole wall,it plays a role in preventing the collapse of the hole wall and maintaining the water level inside the hole.Select a rotary drilling rig,adjust the drilling rig parameters,and drill the holes in the order of skip hole drilling.On this basis,calculate the quantity required for the first batch of poured concrete,use conduits to pour concrete,and conduct quality inspection and acceptance.The results show that the application of this construction technology ensures that the 82 randomly selected cast-in-place piles are all Class I piles,and the measured compressive strength of the pile foundation is 42 MPa,which is greater than the 30 MPa requirement of GB 50204-2015 Code for quality acceptance of concrete structures construction.The measured results of the quality acceptance index meet the corresponding acceptance standards,which can achieve standardized construction of highway bridges in steep slope sections.
