摘  要:针对多通道平行流扁管单级蓄热装置在蓄取热过程中温差逐渐减小,传热不均匀的问题,本文提出了多通道平行流扁管梯级相变蓄热系统,系统包括两级蓄热装置,装置里分别填充52#石蜡和月桂酸作为蓄热材料。以水作为载热流体,实验研究了不同进口温度、不同流量下换热流体对梯级蓄热系统蓄取热特性的影响。实验结果显示,与流量相比,换热流体进口温度对梯级蓄热系统传热性能有更大的影响。当换热流体进口温度增加(减少)或换热流体流量增加(减小),梯级蓄热装置的蓄(取)热时间减少,蓄(取)热功率增加。In view of the problem that the temperature difference of the multi-channel flat tube single-stage heat storage device gradually decreases and the heat transfer is uneven during the charging and discharging process,this paper proposes a multi-channel flat tube cascade phase change heat storage system which includes two-stage devices,52#paraffin and lauric acid as phase change materials(PCM)filled in the cascade heat storage devices.Water was used as heat exchange fluid,charging and discharging characteristics for the cascade phase change heat storage system under different inlet temperatures and different flow rates were investigated.The experimental result showed that compared with flow rate,inlet temperature of the heat exchange fluid has a greater impact on the heat transfer performance of the cascade heat storage system.When the inlet temperature of the heat exchange fluid increases(decreases)or the flow of the heat exchange fluid increases(decreases),the charging(discharging)time of the cascade heat storage system decreases,the charging(discharging)power increases.
