摘 要:位于中高纬度地区的温室,都难以避免冬季夜间相对湿度过高、温度较低的问题。本研究以中国日光温室为研究对象,提出了一种将窄槽式集热器与固体除湿剂相结合的温室热湿调控系统。通过光学模拟和几何计算,当窄槽式集热器的放置倾角为30?时,能够在北纬40°的北京冬季,为窄槽式集热器提供80%以上的光线接收率。该系统在冬季夜间,将温室内相对湿度从94.2%的高湿区间降低到81.3%的作物正常生长区间,室内平均温度上升1.2℃。白天脱附阶段,窄槽式集热器的最高出口温度为136℃,平均集热效率为0.62。该系统结合太阳能中温集热技术与可再生的固体除湿剂,将冬季日光温室内的空气环境调整到了作物生长的适宜区间。Greenhouses located in middle and high latitudes are difficult to avoid the problem of high relative humidity and low temperature at night in winter.In this study,a greenhouse heat and humidity control system combining narrow trough collector and solid desiccant was proposed for a Chinese solar greenhouse.Through optical simulation and geometric relationship analysis,the narrow trough collector placed at an angle of 30°can provide more than 80%of light reception efficiency for the narrow trough collector in winter in Beijing at 40°N latitude.The system was able to regulate the nighttime relative humidity of the greenhouse from a high humidity range of94.2%to a normal crop growth range of 81.3%in winter,with an average relative humidity decrease of 12.9%and an average indoor temperature increase of 1.2℃.The maximum outlet temperature of the narrow trough collector during the daytime desiccation stage was 136℃,and the average collector efficiency was 0.62.The system combined solar medium temperature collector technology with recyclable solid desiccant to control the air environment in the greenhouse in winter to a crop growth suitable zone.
