摘  要:为寻求分流叶片的最佳位置,本文以某跨声速高压比离心叶轮为研究对象,基于自开发带分流叶片离心叶轮参数化造型程序、CFD数值计算、拉丁超立方采样,结合多目标遗传算法进行优化设计。优化结果表明,对于所研究的叶轮,当分流叶片前缘盘侧向主叶片压力面偏置,盖侧以近似相等的偏置量向主叶片吸力面偏置;尾缘略向压力面偏置;并且前缘出现后掠角时为分流叶片的最佳位置。该方案的设计点效率提升1.1%,压比提升0.72%。To determine the optimal positioning of the splitter,this study focuses on a transonic high-pressure ratio centrifugal impeller.The research utilizes a self-developed parametric design program for impellers with splitter,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulations,Latin Hypercube sampling,and multi-objective genetic algorithms for optimization.The optimization results indicate that for the impeller under investigation,the optimal position for the splitter involves a slight offset of the leading edge on the pressure side of the main blades,a nearly equal offset on the suction side of the main blades,a slight trailing edge offset towards the pressure side,and the occurrence of a slight sweep angle on the leading edge of the splitter.This design approach results in a 1.1%increase in design point efficiency and a 0.72%increase in pressure ratio.
