摘 要:本文采用Mn、Fe、Cu为活性组分,以γAl_(2)O_(3)为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一系列金属氧化物催化剂,对其C_(3)H_(6)-SCR(选择性催化还原)反应活性进行了评价,发现Mn5/γAl_(2)O_(3)催化剂的催化活性最好,在275℃时NO转化率达到60%。采用Ce元素为助剂对Mn5/γAl_(2)O_(3)催化剂进行改性处理,研究了不同负载量的Ce对催化剂性能影响,并采用XRD、BET、C_(3)H_(6)-TPD等表征手段对催化剂的物理化学性质进行了表征。结果表明:Ce掺杂改性Mn5/γAl_(2)O_(3)催化剂在C_(3)H_(6)-SCR反应中表现出较为优异的催化活性,优化配比的Mn5/Ce10-γAl_(2)O_(3)催化剂在225℃、8000 h^(-1)的空速下,催化剂的最大脱硝效率达到80%。In this study,a series of metal oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using Mn,Fe and Cu as active components andγAl_(2)O_(3)as the carrier,and the reaction activity of C_(3)H_(6)-SCR(selective catalytic reduction)was evaluated,and it was found that the catalytic activity of Mn_5/γAl_(2)O_(3)catalyst was the best,and the NO conversion rate reached 60%at 275℃.The Mn_5/γAl_(2)O_(3)catalyst was modified with Ce as an additive,and the effects of different loading amounts of Ce on the performance of the catalyst were studied,and the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET,C_(3)H_(6)-TPD and other characterization methods.The results showed that the Ce-doped modified Mn_5/γAl_(2)O_(3)catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the C_(3)H_(6)-SCR reaction,and the maximum denitrification efficiency of the Mn_5/Ce_(10)-γAl_(2)O_(3)catalyst reached 80%at 225℃and 8000 h^(-1)space velocity。
