基于SWOT视角的氢燃料电池重卡物流端应用研究--以东方电气集团为例

摘　　要：氢燃料电池重卡是新兴的环保型运输工具,在物流应用中具有广阔的应用前景。研究基于SWOT分析模型,以东方电气集团为例,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个维度分析了氢燃料电池重卡在物流端应用的现状及存在的问题,提出了5条对策建议,对物流端应用推广具有重要的参考意义。Hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks are emerging environmentally-friendly transportation vehicles with broad application prospects in logistics.Based on the SwoT analysis model,this study takes Dongfang Electric Corporation as an example to analyze the current status and problems of hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks in logistics applications from four dimensions:strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Five countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed,which have important reference significance for the promotion of logistics applications.
