克痤隐酮凝胶对痤疮患者症状、炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究采用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法方便选取2022年6月-2023年6月江苏省阜宁县疾病预防控制中心收治的350例痤疮患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(175例)予常规治疗,研究组(175例)予克痤隐酮凝胶治疗。比较两组症状改善效果、治疗效果、炎症因子水平和不良反应发生率。结果研究组症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.43%,高于对照组的78.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.446,P<0.001);研究组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对痤疮患者应用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗能有效改善症状、提高疗效、调节炎症因子水平且安全性高。Objective To study the clinical effects of croxophenone gel in the treatment of acne.Methods A total of 350 acne patients admitted to Jiangsu Funing County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(175 cases)received conventional treatment and the study group(175 cases)received Crocuocryptosterone gel treatment.Symptom improvement effect,therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.43%,higher than that of the control group(78.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.446,P<0.001).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acne patients with crocetin gel can effectively improve the symptoms,improve the efficacy,regulate the level of inflammatory factors and have high safety.
