腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤治疗中应用的效果。方法 便利选取2022年1月—2023年6月吉林省长春市一汽总医院治疗的52例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为两组,各26例。给予对照组传统开腹手术,观察组腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组围术期指标、卵巢功能、疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组围术期各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后孕酮、雌二醇低于对照组,黄体生成素和促卵泡激素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(96.15%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.127,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(0)低于对照组(15.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.333,P<0.05)。结论 在子宫肌瘤治疗中,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗可取得显著疗效,改善患者各项指标的水平,降低患者术后并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 52 patients with uterine fibroids treated at FAW General Hospital in Changchun City,Jilin Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using random number table,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional laparotomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The perioperative indicators,ovarian function,efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,progesterone and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.127,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(0)was lower than that of the control group(15.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.333,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine fibroids,laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve significant efficacy,improve the level of various indicators of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
