瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探析瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用价值。方法 随机选取2021年2月—2023年3月福清市第三医院收治的160例行腹腔镜手术者为研究对象,应用随机数表法将入选者划分至观察组(n=80,瑞芬太尼麻醉)和对照组(n=80,舒芬太尼麻醉),比较两组镇静评分(Ramsay Sedation Scale, RSS)、不良反应发生率及躁动评分。结果 两组T0时RSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组其他时间段的RSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的13.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.098,P<0.05);观察组T5、T6、T7躁动评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 瑞芬太尼应用在腹腔镜手术麻醉中镇静效果理想,安全性高,躁动发生风险低。Objective To analyze the application value of remifentanil in laparoscopic anesthesia.Methods A total of 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to Fuqing Third Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=80,remifentanil Anestheisa)and control group(n=80,sufentanil anesthesia)by random number table method.Ramsay Sedation Scale(RSS),incidence of adverse reactions and agitation score were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant differences in RSS score at T0 between two groups(P>0.05).The RSS scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group in other time periods,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%,lower than 13.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.098,P<0.05).The scores of T5,T6 and T7 agitation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil has ideal sedative effect in laparoscopic anesthesia,high safety and low risk of agitation.
