前馈控制护理在手烧伤瘢痕患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究手烧伤瘢痕患者接受前馈控制护理取得的效果。方法 方便选取2020年1月—2023年8月靖江市第二人民医院收治的191例手烧伤瘢痕患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表法分成两组,常规护理95例(对照组),前馈控制护理96例(研究组)。比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量、负性情绪。结果 护理后,研究组相比于对照组对临床护理的满意度高(96.88%vs 89.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量自评量表(Short Form 36 Questionnaire, SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 手烧伤瘢痕患者护理中实施前馈控制护理获得患者高度满意,患者生活质量得到提高,焦虑、抑郁情绪缓解。Objective To explore the effect of feedforward control nursing on patients with hand burn scars.Methods 191 patients with hand burn scars from the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Jingjiang Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected conveniently and divided into two groups using a random number table.There were 95 cases in routine care(control group)and 96 cases in feedforward control care(research group).The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and negative emotion were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the research group was more satisfied with clinical care(96.88%vs 89.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth rate of self-rating quality of life scale(SF-36)in the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score reduction of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the research group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of feedforward control nursing in the care of patients with hand burn scars has achieved high patient satisfaction,improved the patient's quality of life,and alleviated anxiety and depression.
