摘　　要：目的 分析小剂量酒石酸美托洛尔片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗中青年高血压患者的有效性与安全性。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月收治的80例中青年高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(40例,常规剂量酒石酸美托洛尔片+硝苯地平控释片治疗)和观察组(40例,小剂量酒石酸美托洛尔片+硝苯地平控释片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血栓调节蛋白(TM)、内皮素(ET)、脑钠肽(BNP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AgⅡ)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 小剂量酒石酸美托洛尔片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗中青年高血压患者安全且高效。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of low-dose metoprolol tartrate tablets combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into routine group(40 cases,routine dose of metoprolol tartrate tablets+nifedipine controlled release tablets)and observation group(40 cases,low-dose of metoprolol tartrate tablets+nifedipine controlled release tablets)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thrombomodulin(TM),endothelin(ET),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),angiotensinⅡ(AgⅡ)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose of metoprolol tartrate tablets combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension is safe and efficient.
