全面护理管理在血站无偿献血质量管理中的应用效果及对一次穿刺成功率和采血后不良事件发生风险的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究全面护理管理在血站无偿献血质量管理中的应用效果及对一次穿刺成功率和采血后不良事件发生风险的影响。方法 选取2020年10月至2022年10月血站586位无偿献血者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各293人。对照组采用常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用全面护理管理。比较两组的一次穿刺成功率、采血后不良事件发生情况及献血自评量表评分。结果 观察组的一次穿刺成功率为97.27%,高于对照组的92.49%(P<0.05)。观察组的采血后不良事件总发生率为0.68%,低于对照组的3.07%(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组的献血认知、献血前情绪、献血感知评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 全面护理管理在血站无偿献血质量管理中的应用效果显著,不仅可提升一次穿刺成功率,降低采血后不良事件发生风险,还能显著改善无偿献血者的心理感受,值得应用及推广。Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing management in the quality management of unpaid blood donation in blood stations and its influences on the success rate of one-time puncture and the risk of adverse events after blood collection.Methods A total of 586 unpaid blood donors in blood station from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 293 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing management on the basis of the control group.The success rate of one-time puncture,the occurrence of adverse events after blood collection and the score of blood donation self-rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 97.27%,which was higher than 92.49%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events after blood collection in the observation group was 0.68%,which was lower than 3.07%in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the scores of blood donation cognition,emotion before blood donation,blood donation perception and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management in the quality management of unpaid blood donation in blood stations has significant application effect,it can not only improve the success rate of one-time puncture,reduce the risk of adverse events after blood collection,but also significantly improve the psychological feelings of unpaid blood donors,which is worthy of application and promotion.
