肝病专业研究生开展重症肝病临床能力培训必要性的探索

摘　　要：重症肝病容易合并众多并发症和多器官功能不全,一直是肝病专业的热点与难点。重症肝病的处置水平是肝病专科医生临床综合能力的重要体现。目前,肝病内科专业研究生对重症肝病的临床处置能力存在明显欠缺,表现为理论不扎实、欠缺实践、技能掌握不全面和临床思维能力较弱,导致毕业后难以迅速胜任专科医生工作。文章阐述了肝病内科专业研究生开展重症肝病相关临床能力培训的必要性,分析了研究生处置重症肝病存在的不足及原因;对肝病内科专业研究生开展重症肝病相关临床能力培训进行了新探索,建立了重症肝病集中收治临床管理平台、临床模拟教学管理平台,并优化了临床带教能力,创新了临床能力培训模式,经过前期初步验证取得了较好的效果。Severe liver disease(SLD)is easy to be combined with many complications and multiple organ dysfunction,which is a hot and difficult topic in hepatology specialty.The therapeutic level of SLD is an important manifestation of the comprehensive clinical ability of hepatologist.At present,the clinical ability of hepatology postgraduates for SLD is obviously lacking and is manifested by the lack of solid theory,clinical practice,comprehensive skills and clinical thinking ability,which leads to their inability to be competent for the work of hepatologist quickly after graduation.This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out the training of clinical ability related to SLD for hepatology postgraduates,analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the ability of postgraduates to deal with SLD.This paper makes new explorations of carrying out the training of clinical ability related to SLD for hepatology postgraduates.A clinical management platform for centralized treatment of SLD and a clinical simulation teaching management platform have been established,and the clinical teaching ability has been optimized.Finally,the clinical ability training mode has been innovated,and good results have been obtained through preliminary verification.
