《灵枢经》人迎寸口脉诊法指导针刺治疗足少阳胆经偏盛型失眠患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨《灵枢经》人迎寸口脉诊法指导针刺治疗足少阳胆经偏盛型失眠患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月在盐城市中医院治未病科、针灸脑病科、内分泌科就诊的60例足少阳胆经偏盛型失眠患者,用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=30)给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组(n=30)在对照组的基础上给予《灵枢经》人迎寸口脉诊法针刺治疗。均治疗5周。对比两组治疗效果、睡眠质量、中医症候积分。结果:治疗组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后、治疗后4周,治疗组患者睡眠质量评分、中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:《灵枢经》人迎寸口脉诊法指导下针刺治疗足少阳胆经偏盛型失眠的临床效果确切。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment of patients with insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance guided by pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing.Method:A total of 60 patients with insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance in the Department of Preventive Treatment of Disease,Acupuncture and Encephalopathy,Endocrinology of Yancheng TCM Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Estazolam Tablets,and the treatment group(n=30)was treated with pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 5 weeks.The treatment effect,sleep quality and TCM symptoms score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the sleep quality score and TCM syndromes score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture treatment under the guidance of pulse taking of Renying and Cunkou in Lingshu Jing on insomnia with syndrome of foot Shaoyang gallbladder channel exuberance is definite.
