阿司匹林联合透明质酸钠凝胶对宫腔粘连电切术后粘连恢复情况及子宫内膜血流的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究阿司匹林联合透明质酸钠凝胶对宫腔粘连电切术后粘连恢复情况及子宫内膜血流的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院就诊的中重度宫腔粘连的患者共120例作为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60例,均由同一组医生行电切术,术后向对照组宫腔注射交联透明质酸钠,研究组在对照组的基础上另给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,统计两组术后宫腔粘连恢复情况、子宫内膜厚度变化、血流情况、月经周期的变化及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后在宫腔粘连的恢复方面,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度为(6.82±1.08)mm,厚于对照组的(5.56±1.04)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的血流阻力指数(RI)和血管搏动指数(PI)均减小,且研究组均低于对照组,两组血管指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)均升高,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。月经改善方面,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总不良反应发生率为5.00%,高于对照组的3.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合透明质酸钠凝胶有助于宫腔粘连电切术后患者的宫腔粘连恢复,同时还可以促进子宫内膜修复,改善局部血流,促进月经周期的恢复且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effects of Aspirin combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel on adhesion recovery and blood flow after electrotomy of intrauterine adhesions.Method:A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions treated in Shenzhen Longgang District Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group with 60 cases in each group according to random number table method.The same group of doctors performed electrotomy,and Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel was injected into the uterine cavity of the control group after surgery.The study group was also given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of the control group.The recovery of intrauterine adhesions,changes in endometrial thickness,blood circulation,changes in menstrual cycle and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were counted in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group in the recovery of intrauterine adhesions after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was(6.82±1.08)mm,which was higher than(5.56±1.04)mm of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow resistance index(RI)and vascular pulsatility index(PI)of the two groups decreased,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the vascular index(VI)and blood flow index(FI)of the two groups increased,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of menstrual improvement,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was higher than 3.33
