摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘,探讨周士源教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的组方规律,进而总结周士源教授治疗本病的诊疗思路和临证经验。方法通过收集整理周士源教授于2019年1月至2020年12月治疗多囊卵巢综合征所使用的门诊医案和处方,并将这些信息录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),使用该软件的数据分析方法对纳入的处方进行用药规律分析。结果纳入多囊卵巢综合征处方245首,中药158味,其中药性以温性为主,甘、苦、辛为主要药味,归经以肝经居多,肾经和脾经居其后。使用频次前10的单味药物依次为当归、川芎、菟丝子、黄芪、陈皮、枸杞子、牛膝、山茱萸、生地黄、茯苓等,共演化得到潜在新处方10首。结论周士源教授认为多囊卵巢综合征以肾虚为本,常痰瘀郁并存。在治疗本病时,强调治本求源,调补肾阴肾阳以资先天,标本兼顾,根据患者体质及临床表现不同辨证论治使用健脾化痰除湿、化瘀通络、安神定志、疏肝解郁、疏风透疹等法,同时重视调理气血,以恢复“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”生殖轴功能。Objectives To investigate the principles of prescription formation of Professor Zhou Shiyuan in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and summarize his diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and clinical experience in this domain.Methods By collecting and organizing the outpatient medical records and prescriptions that Professor Zhou Shiyuan used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2019 to December 2020,and imputing these information into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5),the medication rules of the prescriptions were analyzed using data analysis method.Results A total of 245 prescriptions for polycystic ovary syndrome syndromes were included and analyzed,including 158 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines.Among them,the medicinal properties were mainly warm,with sweetness,bitterness,and pungency as the main flavors.The main meridian tropism was mostly liver meridian,followed by kidney and spleen meridians.The top 10 frequently used singlemedicines were,in order:Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Ligustici(Chuanxiong),Semen Cuscutae,Astragalus Membranaceus,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Lycii,Radix achyranthis bidentatae,Cornus officinalis,Sheng Di Huang,Poria,and a total of 10 potentially new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusions Professor Zhou Shiyuanbelieves that polycystic ovary syndrome is due to kidney deficiency,and often coexists with conditions such as phlegm and blood stasis.In the treatment of this disease,the emphasis is treating the root cause,tonifying the kidney yin and yang to fund the innate,taking into account both the symptoms and the root cause.Professor Zhou believes that the patientsshould be treated with various diagnostic therapy according to their physical condition and clinical manifestations,including invigorating the spleen,removing phlegm and dampness,resolvingblood stasis and dredging collaterals,tranquilizing the mind,soothing the liver and relieving depression,dispelling wind to promote eruption,etc.Also,the main focus should b
