补气活血中药结合地屈孕酮片治疗子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气活血中药结合地屈孕酮片治疗宫内膜息肉切除术后患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月我院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。其中两组治疗前均给予宫腔镜手术,观察组采用补气活血中药结合地屈孕酮治疗,对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗有效率、血红蛋白(Hb)水平及子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组中医证候积分对比观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发例数12例,对照组复发率为24.00%,明显高于观察组的6.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血中药结合地屈孕酮片治疗子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者可有效改善中医证候,提高血红蛋白浓度,降低子宫内膜息肉复发率。Objectives To Observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine that invigorates Qi and activates bloodcombined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of patients after endometrial polypectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received hysteroscopic surgery before treatment.The observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine that invigorates Qi and activates bloodcombined with Dydrogesterone,while the control group was treated with Dydrogesterone.The TCM syndrome scores,treatment efficiency,hemoglobin(Hb)level,and endometrial polyp recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were 12 cases of recurrence in the control group,and the recurrence rate was 24%,which was significantly higher than the 6%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine that invigoratesQi and activates blood combined with Dydrogesterone Tabletsin the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic operation can effectively improve TCM syndromes,increase hemoglobin concentration,and reduce the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps.
