基于文献计量学对《西部中医药》杂志“疫病·新冠肺炎”专题的研究

摘　　要：目的:对《西部中医药》杂志“疫病·新冠肺炎”专题论文进行文献计量学研究,阐述其研究状况,为该领域研究提供参考。方法:采用文献计量学方法,应用Excel进行数据汇总,并利用CiteSpace 5.8.R1软件和中国知网(CNKI)的“计量可视化分析”功能对载文数量、发文作者、关键词、发文机构等指标进行统计分析,绘制相关知识图谱。结果:共纳入文献31篇,经文献分析发现研究热点主要集中运用中医药防治新冠肺炎方面,重点关注包括甘肃在内的西部地区抗疫经验。结论《:西部中医药》杂志策划“疫病·新冠肺炎”专题,体现了其在大疫当前的态度和担当,充分展现了各地医护人员在抗疫一线取得的成绩,传播中医药辨证论治新冠肺炎的经验,也展现了“甘肃经验”在防治新冠肺炎过程中的重要作用,为广大医护人员在新冠肺炎的临床诊疗中提供参考。Objective: To provide a reference for the research in this field by conducting a bibliometric study on the topic of "epidemic disease-COVID-19" in the Western Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine (WJTCM), and describing its research status. Methods: Bibliometric methods were used to summarize the data in Excel, and the number of articles, authors, keywords, institutions and other indexes were statistically analyzed by using CiteSpace 5.8.R1 software and the "metrics visualization and analysis" function of China Knowledge Information Network (CNKI), to draw the relevant knowledge maps. Results: A total of 31 articles were included in the literature, and the literature analysis revealed that the research hotspots mainly focused on TCM prevention and treatment of COVID-19, with a focus on the anti-epidemic experience of the western region, including Gansu. Conclusion: The topic of "epidemic disease-COVID-19" planned by the journal of WJTCM which could reflect the staff's attitude and responsibility in the current epidemic, has fully demonstrated the achievements made by medical personnel in the front line of the epidemic, and disseminated the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of COVID-19 in TCM, and also showed the key role of "Gansu experience" in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, which could provide a reference for the majority of medical staff in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the epidemic.
