苦黄洗剂坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗混合痔术后的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:采用倾向性评分匹配法探讨苦黄洗剂坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤对混合痔术后患者的影响。方法:回顾性分析140例混合痔术后患者,使用SPSS 22.0进行倾向得分匹配法为观察组和对照组,每组49例。观察组给予苦黄洗剂坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,共治疗14天。比较两组临床疗效,术后康复情况、肛门功能恢复指标及血清炎症水平。结果:观察组总有效率[95.9%(47/49)]高于对照组[81.6%(40/49)](P<0.05)。观察组术后各项康复项目评分及血清炎性指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦黄洗剂坐浴联合龙胆泻肝汤可提升混合痔患者术后的临床总有效率,快速缓解患者术后炎性反应,减轻临床症状,降低术后混合痔复发风险。Objective:To discuss the effects of sitz bath with Kuhuang lotion and Longdan Xiegan decoction on patients with mixed hemorrhoid after the surgery using propensity score matching.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 140 patients with mixed hemorrhoid was performed using SPSS22.0 for propensity score matching method into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with sitz bath with Kuhuang lotion and Longdan Xiegan decoction,and the control group accepted conven-tional symptomatic supportive treatment,for 14 days.To compare clinical effects,postoperative recovery conditions,the indicators of anal function recovery and serum inflammatory levels between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[95.9%(47/49)],higher than[81.6%(40/49)]of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of rehabilitation programmes after the surgery,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sitz bath with Kuhuang lotion and Longdan Xiegan decoction could lift clinical total effective rate of patients with mixed hemorrhoid after the surgery,rapidly relieve postoperative inflammatory reaction,alleviate clinical symptoms and lower the risk of the relapse of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid.
