摘 要:目的了解医疗护理员培训体验及需求,为完善课程体系提供参考。方法本研究采用目的抽样法,以信息饱和为原则,对揭阳市人民医院2020年8月至12月18名参与“医疗护理员岗位技能培训班”的医疗护理员进行半结构式访谈,了解培训感受及需求。其中,男性5人,女性13人,年龄(44.12±5.12)岁。采用Nvivo20.0进行资料分析,总结归纳访谈主题。结果形成医疗护理员培训后体验和需求的5个相关主题,包括“教学组织与培训效果”“考核组织体系”“职业价值感”“内源性不足”和“其他培训需求”。结论本次课程培训实用性强,医疗护理员培训体验良好。未来将结合医疗护理员培训需求,完善培训方案。通过多样的评价形式反映医疗护理员的核心能力,使职业教育和培训管理方案更具科学性、先进性和实用性。Objective To understand the training experience and demand of healthcare assistants,and to provide some references for improving the curriculum system.Methods The objective sampling method was used.With information saturation as the rule,Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 18 healthcare assistants at Jieyang People's Hospital from August to Decmber 2020,including 5 males and 13 females who were(44.12±5.12)years old.Nvivo 20.0 was used to analyze the data.The interview topics were summarized.Results Five related topics were formed,including teaching organization and training effect,assessment organization system,sense of professional value,endogenous deficiency,and other training needs.Conclusions This course has strong practicability and good training experience for healthcare assistants.In the future,the training program will be improved according to the training needs of healthcare assistants.By reflecting the core competence of healthcare assistants through various evaluation forms,the vocational education and training management program is more scientific,advanced,and practical.
