肠道菌群与病理性衰老的研究进展

摘　　要：肠道菌群定植于胃肠道,在胃肠道会形成一个天然保护屏障。随着年龄的增长,肠道菌群受到外来因素如高盐或高脂饮食、长期服药、不良嗜好等的影响,肠道菌群的组成和丰度发生改变,有害菌群增多,从而引起机体内分泌、免疫、代谢和神经等方面出现紊乱,并诱发病理性衰老。肠道菌群中的变形菌属、埃希菌属和沙门菌属中的代谢产物,可激活Toll样受体4、NF-κB、C/EBPβ/AEP等炎症信号通路,引起NLRP3、IL-6、IL-1β等炎症因子的增加,导致衰老相关疾病的发生,如阿尔兹海默症、心衰、肝炎、肾衰、慢性阻塞性肺病等。本文综述肠道菌群在病理性衰老发展中的作用机制,为肠道菌群作为靶点治疗衰老相关疾病的研究提供新思路。Intestinal flora is colonised in the gastrointestinal tract,where it forms a natural protective barrier.With age,the intestinal flora is affected by external factors such as high salt or high fat diet,long-term medication,bad habits.The composition and abundance of the intestinal flora change,and the harmful flora increase,which causes disorders in the body′s endocrine,immune,metabolism and nerves,and induces pathological aging.The change of intestinal flora is one of the important mechanisms that cause pathological aging.Among them,Proteus,Escherichia,Salmonella and other harmful bacteria,lipopolysaccharide,and metabolite trimethlamine activate the inflammatory signaling pathways such as Toll-like receptor 4,NF-κB,C/EBPβ/AEP,and cause the production of inflammatory factors such as NLRP3,IL-6,IL-1β,leading to the occurrence of aging-related diseases,such as Alzheimer′s disease,heart failure,hepatitis,renal failure and chronic obstructive lung disease.This review summarizes the mechanisms of intestinal flora in the development of aging and provides new ideas for the study of using intestinal flora as a target for the treatment of aging-related diseases.
