摘  要:力学性能作为超纤革用非织造布的一项重要性能,决定了超纤革的应用范围。超纤革用非织造布大多以海岛短纤或橘瓣长丝超细纤维为原料,经针刺或水刺加固等工序制备而成。文章主要从纤维原料、针刺工艺与水刺工艺3方面因素出发,分析纤维强度与断裂伸长率、纤维线密度、纤维长度、纤维卷曲度、针刺密度、针刺深度与水刺压力对非织造布力学性能的影响规律,为增强超细纤维合成革用非织造布的力学性能提供参考。As one of the important properties of nonwovens for super-fiber leather,the mechanical properties determine the application range of super-fiber leather.Nonwovens for microfiber leather are mostly prepared from sea-island staple fiber or orange-petal filament superfine fiber by acupuncture or spunlaced reinforcement.From the three factors of fiber raw material,this paper mainly analyzed the fiber strength and elongation at break,fiber linear density,fiber length and fiber curl,acupuncture process,and spunlace process.The influence of needle density,needle depth and spunlace pressure on the mechanical properties of nonwovens provides a reference for enhancing the mechanical properties of nonwovens for ultrafine fiber synthetic leather.
