摘 要:以仲胺3-甲基胺基-1-丙醇(MAP)为主吸收剂、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为有机稀释剂、五甲基二乙烯三胺(PMDETA)为辅助吸收剂,制备了新型MAP-DMSO-PMDETA三元相变吸收剂,考察了其相变行为和CO_(2)吸收性能。实验结果表明:在MAP、DMSO与PMDETA的质量比为3∶6∶11,吸收温度为40℃,CO_(2)体积分数为10%,进气流量为1.25 L/min的优化条件下,吸收饱和后发生液液分相,吸收剂负载量为0.79 mol/kg,吸收负荷为0.47 mol/mol(以MAP计),富相的体积分数为45.1%,并富集了95.1%的CO_(2),而黏度仅为11.83 mPa·s;该三元相变吸收剂不仅解吸性能优异,同时循环稳定性良好,经5次吸收-解吸循环,解吸负荷稳定在0.34 mol/mol(以MAP计)左右,解吸效率可达69.4%。A novel MAP-DMSO-PMDETA ternary phase change absorbent was prepared using secondary amine 3-methylamino-1-propanol(MAP)as the main absorbent,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as the organic diluent,and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine(PMDETA)as the auxiliary absorbent.The phase change behavior and CO_(2) absorption capability of the absorbent were investigated.The experimental results show that:Under the optimal conditions of mass ratio of MAP to DMSO to PMDETA 3∶6∶11,absorption temperature 40℃,CO_(2) volume fraction 10%,and air inlet flow 1.25 L/min,liquid-liquid phase separation occurs after absorption saturation,with 0.79 mol/kg of the absorbent loading amount,0.47 mol/mol(calculated as MAP)of the absorbed load,and 45.1%of the volume fraction of the rich phase which 95.1%of CO_(2) is enriched,while the viscosity of the rich phase is only 11.83 mPa·s;This ternary phase change absorbent not only has excellent desorption performance,but also has good cycle stability.After 5 absorptiondesorption cycles,the desorption load is stable at about 0.34 mol/mol(calculated as MAP),and the desorption efficiency can reach 69.4%.
