摘  要:以废弃水基钻井液为对象,采用“破胶—压滤—沉淀”工艺进行处理,将处理产水回用于钻井液配制。实验结果表明:适宜的破胶剂为质量分数20%的聚合氯化铝(GW-CFA)溶液,加入量36 mL/L;适宜的离子沉淀剂为三巯基-三嗪三钠盐(TMT-15)(固),加入量7.5 g/L。现场试验结果表明,选用石灰与GW-CFA复合破胶剂(GW-CFA溶液(质量分数20%)加入量15mL/L,石灰加入量5.0g/L)对废弃钻井液进行破胶,压滤产水时间可缩短至10'10'',产水率为61%。废弃水基钻井液经“破胶—压滤—沉淀”工艺处理后,产水回用于钻井液配制是完全可行的,所配制钻井液的各项性能均能满足现场需要。The waste water-based drilling fluid was treated by the“gel breaking-pressure filtration-precipitation”process,and the treated water was reuse for drilling fluid preparation.The experimental results show that:The suitable gel breaker is a polymer aluminum chloride(GW-CFA)solution with a mass fraction of 20%,and the addition amount is 36 mL/L;The suitable ion precipitation agent is TMT-15(solid),with a addition amount of 7.5 g/L.The on-site experiment results show that when the waste water-based drilling fluid was treated using a composite breaker of lime and GW-CFA(the addition amount of GW-CFA solution(with a mass fraction of 20%)and lime is 15 mL/L and 5.0 g/L,respectively),the water production time by pressure filtration can be shorten to 10'10''and the water production rate is 61%.It is completely feasible to reuse the produced water for drilling fluid preparation after the“gel breaking-pressure filtration-precipitation”process of waste water-based drilling fluid,and all the properties of the prepared drilling fluid can meet the on-site needs.
