摘 要:针对目前接地比压分布不均匀问题,本文以排岩机为例,建立了履带行走装置接地比压计算数学模型。基于Solidworks、MATLAB软件,对排岩机重心空间坐标值与其受料臂旋转角度、排料臂上仰角度及车体回转支承旋转角度进行了拟合。进一步通过ANSYS Workbench仿真软件,证明了所建接地比压计算模型的正确性。研究分析了接地比压随受料臂旋转角度、排料臂上仰角度、排岩机车体回转支承旋转角度的变化趋势。这里研究成果可为各种履带行走设备整机的设计及其工作地基的处理提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of ground specific pressure,it takes a Heavy spreader as an example and establishes a mathematical model for calculating ground specific pressure of crawler walking device.Based on Solidworks and MATLAB software,the spatial coordinates of the barycenter of the a Heavy spreader were fitted with the rotation angle of the receiving arm,the elevation angle of the discharging arm and the rotation angle of the vehicle body slewing support.Further,the correctness of the calculation model is proved by ANSYS Workbench simulation software.The variation trend of the ground spe-cific pressure with the rotation angle of the receiving arm,the elevation angle of the discharging arm and the rotation angle of the slewing support of the locomotive body is studied and analyzed.The research results of this paper can provide some reference for the design of the whole crawler walking equipment and the treatment of the working foundation.
