非期望产出下上市商业银行的经营效率分析

摘　　要：商业银行的经营是一个多投入多产出的过程,通过分析这些投入产出指标来研究商业银行的经营效率,对于优化商业银行的经营过程有着重要的意义。研究运用二阶段的数据包络分析方法(DEA)和多元线性回归分析法,将员工人数、固定资本和总利息支出作为商业银行经营效率投入指标的三个主要因素,将商业银行期望产出的经营收益和非期望产出的不良贷款作为两个重要指标,进行实证分析。结果发现,首先,商业银行预期产出的无效率主要取决于银行进行金融投资的无效率,受贷款无效率的影响很小。其次,在商业银行的地方性特征、员工素质与商业信誉三个因子当中,地方性银行的期望产出效率不如全国性银行,但非期望产出的无效率则与商誉有关,和“是否为地方性银行”关系不大。最后,文本针对这些影响商业银行的效率提出了一些针对性的对策建议。The operation of commercial banks is a process of multiple inputs and outputs.Analyzing these input-output indicators to study the operational efficiency of commercial banks is of great significance for optimizing the operational process of commercial banks.This article uses two-stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)and multiple linear regression analysis to identify the three main factors of operational efficiency investment in commercial banks,including the number of employees,fixed capital,and total interest expenditure.The expected operating income and non expected non-performing loans of commercial banks are used as two important indicators for empirical analysis.The results showed that,firstly,the inefficiency of expected output of commercial banks mainly depends on the inefficiency of banks′financial investments,with little impact from loan inefficiency.Secondly,among the three factors of regional,employee quality,and commercial reputation of commercial banks,the expected output efficiency of local banks is not as good as that of national banks,but the ineffectiveness rate of non expected output is related to goodwill and is not closely related to whether it is a local bank.Finally,this article proposes some targeted countermeasures and suggestions to address these impacts on the efficiency of commercial banks.
