摘　　要：目前酒钢厂区原燃料解冻工艺自动化程度低,库温室通过人工现场调节各类阀门进行控制,不利于现有的生产模式和对节能减排更高的需求。本文通过采用PLC系统对煤气流量、空气流量等控制阀门进行自动调节,最终实现解冻库温度的自动控制,实现了安全运行的目标。At present,the raw fuel thawing process in JISCO plant has a low degree of automation,and the reservoir temperature is controlled by manually adjusting various valves on site,which is not conducive to the existing production mode and the higher demand for energy saving and emission reduction.This paper mainly introduces the automatic adjustment of gas flow,air flow and other control valves by PLC system,and finally realizes the automatic temperature control in thawing warehouse.
