摘 要:目的 探究不同浓度七氟醚麻醉诱导对气管插管患儿气管插管成功率的影响。方法 选择2021年1月~2023年1月在我院行气管插管的患儿108例。随机分为高浓度组和低浓度组,两组各54例。高浓度组插管前使用8%浓度七氟醚进行麻醉诱导,低浓度组使用3%浓度七氟醚进行麻醉诱导。记录两组气管插管的成功率、满意度和吸入诱导时间,分别于麻醉诱导前和完成气管插管后测量血流动力学参数[平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、心率(HR)],观察两组不良反应(体动、术后头晕、恶心呕吐)发生情况。结果 高浓度组气管插管成功率和满意度高于低浓度组,吸入诱导时间短于低浓度组(P<0.05);完成气管插管后高浓度组MAP、HR水平低于低浓度组(P<0.05),SpO_(2)水平差异不明显(P>0.05);高浓度组不良反应发生率为12.96%,低浓度组为9.26%(P>0.05)。结论 使用高浓度的七氟醚进行麻醉诱导对患儿气管插管的成功率高,能改善患儿血流动力学参数且不良反应较小,具有安全性。Objective:To explore the effects of anesthesia induction with different concentrations of sevoflurane on the success rate of tracheal intubation and hemodynamic parameters in children.Methods:108 pediatric patients aged≤14 years from January 2021 to January 2023,who underwent tracheal intubation in our hospital,were randomly divided into a high-concentration group and a low-concentration group according to a computer random sampling table,with 54 pa⁃tients in each group.The high-concentration group of children received anesthesia induction with an 8%concentration of sevoflurane before intubation,while the low-concentration group received anesthesia induction with a 3%concentration of sevoflurane.Record the success rate,satisfaction,and inhalation induction time of tracheal intubation in two groups of children.Before anesthesia induction and after tracheal intubation,hemodynamic parameters[mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),and heart rate(HR)]were measured.The occurrence of adverse reactions(body movement,postoperative dizziness,nausea,and vomiting)in the two groups was observed.Results:The success rate and satisfaction of tracheal intubation in the high-concentration group were higher than those in the low-concentration group,and the inhalation induction time was shorter than that in the low-concentration group(P<0.05).After tracheal in⁃tubation,levels of MAP and HR in the high-concentration group were lower than those in the low-concentration group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in SpO_(2) level between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the high-concentration group and the low-concentration group(12.96%vs 9.26%,P>0.05).Conclusion:High concentration of sevoflurane for anesthesia induction has a higher success rate of tracheal intubation in children,which can improve hemodynamic parameters,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
