摘 要:目的 分析糖化血红蛋白和糖耐量检查在妊娠期糖尿病筛查中的作用。方法 收集2020年1月~2022年12月我院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者184例作为妊娠期糖尿病组,另外收集同时间段内我院妊娠期非糖尿病者190例作为妊娠期非糖尿病组。比较两组年龄、孕周、糖化血红蛋白、葡萄糖、新生儿不良结局,分析新生儿不良结局与糖化血红蛋白、葡萄糖的相关性。结果 两组年龄、孕周比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠期糖尿病组糖化血红蛋白、葡萄糖均高于妊娠期非糖尿病组(P<0.05);妊娠期糖尿病组新生儿不良结局发生率高于妊娠期非糖尿病组(P<0.05);新生儿不良结局与糖化血红蛋白、葡萄糖呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论 糖化血红蛋白和糖耐量检查对妊娠期糖尿病筛查有重要意义。糖化血红蛋白、葡萄糖水平可增加新生儿不良结局的发生风险。Objective:To investigate the role and significance of glycated hemoglobin and the glucose tolerance test in the screening for gestational diabetes.Methods:As the gestational diabetes group,clinical data from 184 patients with ges⁃tational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 were collected.In addition,190 instances of gestational non-diabetes were gathered in our hospital throughout the same period as the gestational non-diabetes group.The two groups were compared in terms of age,gestational age,glycated hemoglobin,glucose,and ad⁃verse newborn outcomes,and the relationship between neonatal unfavorable outcomes and glycated hemoglobin and glu⁃cose was investigated.Results:There was no significant difference in age and gestational age between the two groups(P>0.05).The glycated hemoglobin and glucose in the gestational diabetes group were higher than those in the non-gestation⁃al diabetes group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the gestational diabetes mellitus group was higher than that in the non-gestational diabetes mellitus group,and the difference was signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Neonatal adverse outcomes were positively correlated with glycated hemoglobin and glucose(P<0.001).Conclusion:Glycated hemoglobin and glucose tolerance test are important for gestational diabetes screening.Glycosylat⁃ed hemoglobin and glucose levels can increase the risk of adverse neonatal outcomes.
