跨越本事考证,寻求象外义理——秦可卿与北静王事象新解

摘　　要：本文提出“义理红学”概念,以求超越陷于本事层面而难见《红楼梦》真精神的传统分析方法(如索隐、考证诸派),通过寻求象外义理,以见该书所揭示的中国文化根本矛盾及其运行规律。《周易》的以象见义思维具有普遍意义,本文利用《周易》的义理和象数的分析方法对《红楼梦》文本的内在意义进行分析提取,以求由事象而终超越事象层次以求其潜在的义理。认为《红楼梦》一书在对儒家的礼教思想进行批判的同时也蕴藉着对原始儒家思想肯定、复归的倾向。义理红学阐释的方法论依据在于由卦义和人物形象义的“合义相通”而导发的“以象衍义”的思维方法。《红楼梦》中的人物秦可卿在义理层面合于《周易》中《姤》卦,北静王在义理层面合于《复》卦;《姤》《复》二卦的旁通关系在《红楼梦》文本中也体现为两个人物的实际关联,为解开一部书义理结构的钥匙,从而进一步论证从义理方法来探寻《红楼梦》文本内部意义层面的实用价值。由义理红学而导源出的人物形象义理,对理解《红楼梦》的书旨以及与儒家思想的深层联系具有助益。This thesis proposes the concept of yili hongxue(Studies of the Dream of the Red Mansions with an emphasis on its connotation),trying to transcend traditional analytical methods(such as index and textual research)that limit the research of the surface and so have failed to taste the essence of the Dream of Red Mansions or to find the fundamental contradiction of Chinese culture and its regularity.The thinking of placing emphasis on connotation of the Book of Changes is of universal significance.This thesis has employed an analytical method of philosophical connotations and image-numerology of the Book of Changes to analyze and extract the intrinsic meaning of the text of the Dream of the Red Mansions in order to seek its potential connotation.The paper holds the idea that the Dream of the Red Mansions embodies an intention of affirming and reverting to the original Confucianism while criticizing the ritual ideas of the Confucian school.The methodology of this interpretation is based on the thinking method of“deducing the meaning by the image”which derives from the resemblance between connotations of trigrams in the Book of Changes and figures in the Dream of the Red Mansions,considering that Qin Keqing and Bei Jingwang have corresponding meaning of gou and fu trigrams.The relationship between the two trigrams is also reflected in the text of the Dream of the Red Mansions as the actual connection between the two characters,which is the key to unlock the cultural purport of structure of this book,thus further demonstrating the practical value of the method of placing emphasis on connotation in exploring the internal meaning of the text of the Dream of the Red Mansions.The connotations of figures from the yili hongxue is useful for understanding the purport of the Dream of the Red Mansions and its deep connection with Confucianism.
