摘　　要：结合地下空间的实践,探索从“站城一体”到“站城人一体”的人本型TOD新模式,从地下公共空间的品质需求出发,提出“能用、宜用、好用、悦用”的“四用”原则及导控策略,构建高品质地下公共空间的分类分级、精细化管控体系,以打造集安全、高效、舒适、人本体验于一体的4.0版本的高品质地下公共空间。The human-oriented TOD model from"station-city integration"to"station-city-people integration"is studied based on the practice of underground space planning.With classified and hierarchical control measures,the V4.0 high quality underground public space with safety,efficiency,comfort,and human consideration is realized.Meanwhile,four key control strategies and measures are proposed to formulate a classified and hierarchical underground space governance system,in order to create a high quality underground public space of V4.0 that integrates safety,efficiency,comfort,and humanistic experience.
