摘 要:随着原油储备石油库不断向大型化、复杂化和综合化方向发展,火灾发生时的消防救援工作面临着严峻的挑战。为了深入探讨10万m^(3)原油油罐罐顶火灾对周边人员和设施的影响,结合东营港有限责任公司原油商业储备油库工程实例,采用流程工业事故后果分析软件PHAST和火能量驱动流体模拟软件FDS作为模拟计算的平台,对10万m^(3)原油罐罐顶全面积火灾的燃烧过程进行数值模拟计算。计算结果得出了不同风速下地面热辐射分布规律和邻近储罐不同高度水平的热辐射分布规律和罐顶火灾烟尘的分布规律,分析了原油罐顶火灾产生的热辐射和烟气对储罐周边人员和设施的影响程度,并给出了消防安全方面的建议,为10万m^(3)原油罐消防安全合理设计提供了理论依据。As crude oil storage facilities continue to evolve towards larger,more complex,and integrated systems,the fire rescue efforts during such incidents pose significant challenges.To delve deeply into the impact of a fire on the roof of a 100000 m^(3) crude oil tank on surrounding personnel and facilities,this study incorporates the practical example of the crude oil commercial storage tank farm operated by Dongying Port Co.,Ltd..The process industrialaccident consequenceanalysis software PHAST and the fireenergy drive fluidsimulation software FDS were used as thesimulation platform tosimulate the burningprocess of 100100 m^(3) raw oil tank roof fire.The results reveal the distribution patterns of thermal radiation on the ground and at different heights of adjacent tanks under varying wind speeds,as well as the dispersion patterns of smoke and dust from the fire.The study analyzes the extent of the influence of thermal radiation and smoke from the tank roof fire on nearby personnel and facilities,provides recommendations for fire safety,and offers a theoretical basis for the rational design of fire safety measures for 100000 m^(3)crude oil tanks.
