摘 要:针对选煤厂煤泥水传统处理工艺存在效率较低、介质损耗较大、精煤产率较低等问题,分析和探讨选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺,研究了选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺和现状,提出了改造技术方案并进行了效果分析。结果表明,改造后的选煤厂煤泥水处理工艺系统更简单,有效降低了选煤厂介质消耗、提高了煤泥水处理效率。优化后的煤泥水有效降低介质损耗45%左右,精煤产率提高1.3%,增强了煤泥水处理效果,对保证精煤的含水量、提高选煤厂的经济效益具有一定参考价值。In response to the problems of low efficiency,high medium loss,and low clean coal yield in the traditional treatment process of coal slurry water in coal preparation plants,this paper analyzes and explores the coal slurry water treatment process in coal preparation plants,studies the coal slurry water treatment process and current situation,proposes a transformation technology scheme,and conducts effect analysis.The results show that the renovated coal preparation plant′s coal slurry water treatment process system is simpler,effectively reducing the medium consumption of the coal preparation plant and improving the efficiency of coal slurry water treatment.The optimized coal slurry water effectively reduces medium loss by about 45%,increases clean coal yield by 1.3%,enhances the treatment effect of coal slurry water,and has certain reference value for ensuring the water content of clean coal and improving the economic benefits of coal preparation plants.
