摘 要:为提高板坯在高压水除鳞过程中电耗核算分析的准确率,提出了一种基于热轧产线的除鳞系统电耗分析方法。通过采集热轧板坯除鳞过程相关数据,获取每块板坯的除鳞开始时间、除鳞结束时间、板坯尺寸、除鳞泵的用水量相关轧制工艺数据等参数,再利用分摊模型计算每块板坯除鳞过程中产生的电耗,可以较为准确地得到每块板坯在除鳞过程中产生的具体电耗,提高除鳞电耗能效分析的准确率。In order to improve the accuracy of electrical consumption analysis during high-pressure water descaling of slab,This paper proposes a method for allocating the electrical consumption of the descaling system based on the hot rolling production line.By collecting relevant data during the descaling process of hot rolled slabs,such as the start time and end time of descaling,slab dimensions,water consumption of descaling pumps,and other rolling process parameters,the electricity consumption for each slab during the descaling process is calculated using an allocation model.This method provides a more accurate estimation of the specific electricity consumption for each slab during descaling,thereby enhancing the accuracy of descaling electrical consumption analysis and energy efficiency evaluation.
