摘 要:针对交流牵引电机存在电磁噪声较大的问题,提出一种基于定转子槽结构协同优化的交流牵引电机电磁降噪优化设计方法。分析了交流牵引电机电磁噪声的产生机理,阐述了在电机定转子槽底部开槽降噪的基本原理与具体设计方法,并对开槽位置与槽口尺寸进行了参数优化研究。最后对降噪效果进行了仿真验证,同时与传统降噪方法进行了对比分析,结果表明采用所提电磁降噪优化设计方法对交流牵引电机定转子槽结构进行优化处理后,在保证其效率有所增加的情况下,电磁噪声得到了显著下降,因而取得了较好的降噪效果。In view of the large electromagnetic noise in AC traction motors,a designing method of the motors with reduced noise has been studied based on collaborative optimization of stator and rotor slot structures.The paper analyzes generation mechanism of electromagnetic noise of AC traction motors analyzed,elaborates basic principle and specific design method of noise reduction for slot bottom of the stator and rotor slot,and performs parameter optimization on slot position and slot size.The noise reduction utility is simulated and verified,and compared with the noise reduction by stator tooth shoulder chamfering.It has been found that optimizing stator and rotor slot structures using the proposed method achieves obviously decreased noise while maintain a moderate increment in motor efficiency,thus achieving a better noise reduction effect.
