摘  要:输电线路发生故障时,及时找出故障发生位置并进行相应处理,对减少经济损失、保障输电系统稳定运行具有重大意义。输电线路故障行波波速的不确定性,往往会导致行波法测距结果误差较大。为提高测距结果的准确性,提出了不受波速影响的行波故障测距方法。首先利用小波变换对故障初始电压行波线模分量进行提取,获取电压行波高频信号。然后采取小波模极大值方法对高频信号进行去噪。最后依据模极大值的极性判断故障电压行波到达线路测量端时间,计算故障距离。MATLAB/Simulink仿真结果表明,该测距方法不受波速影响,测距结果准确。Timely location and treatment of faults encountered by transmission lines are of great significance to reduce economic losses and ensure stability of transmission system.The uncertainty of propagate velocity of traveling wave in transmission lines often leads to significant errors in fault location when using traveling wave method.In order to improve ranging accuracy,this paper proposed a traveling wave fault location method independent of wave speed.First high-frequency signal of the fault voltage traveling wave is obtained by extracting line mode component of the initial voltage traveling wave using wavelet transform.Then the wavelet modulus maximum method is used to denoise high-frequency signals.Finally polarity of the modulus maximum is used to determine time consumption of fault voltage traveling wave for reaching the measurement end and calculate the fault distance.MATLAB/Simulink simulations show that the proposed ranging method is independent of wave speed and accurate.
