摘  要:针对三相电能表计量故障时追补电量方法不统一、追补误差无法评估的问题,结合实例深入分析了多种计量装置错误接线下的更正系数,并提出了一种在三相负荷平衡的情况下基于故障期间电表数据的替代计算新方法。最后通过实验室仿真和现场实例论证了不同电量追补方法的误差,得出三相三线制表计在三相负载平衡条件下使用替代法计算计量装置异常时的追补电量准确度更高。Methods for compensating electricity consumption are inconsistent and inadequate in evaluating compensation deviations when measuring faults in three-phase electricity meters.In view of this,the present work carried out an in-depth analysis of correction coefficients for various incorrect wiring of metering devices through examples,and proposed a new alternative calculation method based on electricity meter data during faults in the case of three-phase load balance.Finally deviations of different electricity compensation methods was demonstrated through simulation and on-site examples,and it was concluded that under the condition of three-phase load balance,with respect to three-phase three-wire meter,the accuracy of using substitution method is higher in calculating active energy of abnormal measuring device.
