摘 要:为提高变电站控制系统运行的质量与效率,减少变电站高速运行过程中产生的损耗,降低变电站控制的出错率,开展基于变电站的自动化分布式控制系统研究。设计系统的硬件设备,为系统的高效运行提供稳定的硬件环境;在此基础上,设计自动化分布式控制系统内VQC的控制策略;对变电站电压与无功进行就地控制后,设计变电站自动化分布式控制系统内的微机保护算法,实现变电站自动化分布式纵联保护控制目标。测试结果表明,设计系统投入应用后,变电站变压器综合损耗显著减少,最大不超过3 kvar,可行性较高,应用效果优势显著。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of substation control system operation,reduce the loss generated during substation high-speed operation,and reduce the error rate of substation control,a study on substation automation distributed control system is carried out.The hardware equipment of the system is designed to provide a stable hardware environment for the efficient operation of the system.On this basis,the control strategy of VQC in the automation distributed control system is designed,and after the substation voltage and reactive power are controlled locally,the microcomputer protection algorithm in the substation automation distributed control system is designed to realize the distributed protection control target of substation automation.The system test results show that the application of the designed system achieves significantly reduced comprehensive losses of transformer substation the maximum of which is no more than 3 kvar,indicating the system′s feasibility and satisfactory applicative utility.
