摘 要:转子槽楔的材料不仅影响汽轮发电机的运行能力,还影响转子的损耗,因此转子槽楔的材料选择是汽轮发电机设计中考虑的关键因素。为此,研究了应用磁性转子槽楔后发电机同步电抗、额定励磁电流和气隙磁密分布等电磁参数的变化规律。此外,还对比分析了不同槽楔材料对电机电磁参数、失步转矩、短路转矩和发电损耗的影响。研究结果表明,当转子采用磁性槽楔后,发电机同步电抗减小,额定励磁电流增大,发电机气隙磁密分布更加均匀,且相应的发电机损耗也发生了变化。The material of rotor slot wedge has a significant impact on performance of turbo-generators,including rotor losses and operating capacity.Consequently,the influence of the material selection for rotor slot wedges is crucial in a turbo-generator design.This study investigated the impact of rotor slot magnetic material on electromagnetic parameters such as synchronous reactance,rated excitation current,and air gap magnetic density distribution.Moreover,it comparatively analyzed the effects of different slot wedge materials on electromagnetic parameters,out-of-step torque,short-circuit torque,and power generation loss of the motor.The numerical results indicated that the use of magnetic slot wedges resulted in decreased synchronous reactance,increased rated excitation current,more uniformly distributed air gap magnetic field,and altered corresponding generator losses.
