艾箱灸联合针刺、中药灌肠治疗寒湿瘀滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨艾箱灸联合针刺、中药灌肠治疗寒湿瘀滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年10月微山县中医院收治的96例寒湿瘀滞型慢性盆腔炎患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(48例)采用中药灌肠+针刺+红外线理疗,观察组(48例)采用中药灌肠+针刺+艾箱灸治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果 观察组腹泻不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组症状评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 艾箱灸联合针刺、中药灌肠治疗寒湿瘀滞型慢性盆腔炎能够降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion box combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness stasis and stagnation type.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness stasis and stagnation type admitted to Weishan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(48 cases) was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema+acupuncture+infrared physiotherapy,and the observation group(48 cases) was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema+acupuncture+moxibustion box.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion box combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness stasis and stagnation type can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the effective rate of treatment,and improve the clinical symptoms.
