烧伤儿童夏令营对患儿及其家庭心理社会功能影响的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤儿童夏令营对患儿及其家庭心理社会功能影响。方法采用目的抽样法选取2017年8月至2020年7月参加上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院举办的烧伤儿童夏令营的13例患儿及其家庭,于2021年1月至5月以夏令营给患儿家庭带来的心理社会功能变化为主要内容进行访谈,采用Colaizzi分析方法对访谈资料进行分析归纳,并提炼主题。结果归纳分析得出3个主题,即烧伤儿童夏令营有助于增强患儿及其家庭的社会支持(拓展患儿社交范围、获得烧伤同伴支持、获得非烧伤同伴支持以及家属获得同伴支持)、促进患儿创伤后成长(接纳烧伤后形象、提升自尊心、提升自我效能感、习得利他行为、习得技能和培养兴趣)、提升患儿家属疾病管理能力(烧伤预防、抗瘢痕治疗、疾病的积极应对)。结论烧伤儿童夏令营是提升患儿及家庭心理社会功能且安全有效的方式,具有较强的可操作性和推广性。Objective To investigate the effects of summer camp for burn children on psychosocial function of children and their families.Methods From August 2017 to July 2020,purpose sampling was used to select 13 children and their families who participated in the summer camp for burn children held in Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.From January to May 2021,interviews were conducted with the changes in psychosocial functions brought by the summer camp to children's families as the main content.Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the interview data,and extract the theme.Results There were three themes in the analysis,including the summer camp for burn children helping to enhance the social support of the children and their families(expanding the children's social range,obtaining burn peer support,obtaining non-burn peer support,and obtaining peer support for family members),promote the children's post-traumatic growth(accepting the image of the children after burns,improving self-esteem,improving self-efficacy,learning altruistic behaviors,acquiring skills and developing interests),and improve the families 'disease management skills(burn prevention,anti-scar treatment,active response to disease).Conclusion Summer camp for burn children is a safe and effective way to improve the psychological and social function of children and their families,with strong operability and popularization.
